In short: we use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics tools to understand how mallow is used. We do not use advertising cookies. You can turn analytics off at any time.

1. About this policy

1.1 This policy explains how mallow labs L.L.C-FZ, which operates mallow.art, and mallow labs LLC, which provides the mallow wallet (together, "mallow", "we", "us", "our"), use cookies and similar technologies on https://mallow.art, https://wallet.mallow.art and in the mallow wallet app (together, the "Services").

1.2 This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy (https://mallow.art/privacy), which explains how we handle personal data more generally.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

2.1 Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage in your browser and software development kits (SDKs) built into mobile apps, which can collect similar information.

2.2 First-party cookies are set by us. Third-party cookies are set by other companies, such as our analytics providers.

3. How we use them

3.1 Essential. These keep the Services working, for example by keeping you signed in and remembering that your wallet has been authenticated on your device. The Services cannot work properly without them, so they cannot be switched off.

3.2 Analytics. These help us understand how the Services are used so we can improve them. Where the law requires it, we only use them with your consent.

3.3 We do not use advertising or targeting cookies, and we do not allow third parties to serve advertising through the Services.

4. Cookies on our websites

4.1 The cookies listed above are used on mallow.art. We also use local storage to remember website settings, wallet connections, display preferences and transaction progress. With your consent, a randomly generated device identifier and visit information are stored locally for analytics. We also store your cookie consent choice locally for one year.

4.2 Your preference to show NSFW artwork is stored with your mallow profile. Whether you have seen the NSFW notice is stored in your browser's local settings.

4.3 Both websites use Cloudflare Web Analytics. This tool does not set analytics cookies. Our Mixpanel events are sent through the mallow API rather than a Mixpanel browser SDK, so this integration does not set a Mixpanel cookie.

5. In the mallow wallet app

5.1 The app does not use browser cookies, but it includes SDKs that collect similar information:

• (a) Mixpanel, to measure how features are used;
• (b) Firebase, to send the push notifications you choose; and
• (c) Mux, to measure video playback.

5.2 You can turn off push notifications in your device settings. You can turn off product analytics and error diagnostics in the App under Settings → Security & Privacy → Share usage analytics.

6. Your choices

6.1 You can accept or reject analytics cookies through our cookie consent manager, which appears when you first visit and can be reopened from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer on either website. Rejecting analytics does not affect how the Services work.

6.2 You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, some features, such as staying signed in, will not work.

7. Changes to this policy

7.1 We may update this policy when the cookies or tools we use change. We will post the new version with an updated date.
